Business Relationship

Godsown Kitchen provides fresh food products, including Malabar porotta dough, dosa batter, and spices, to restaurants and food service businesses on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. Our services are intended for commercial use only.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business
• Operate within our service area (Greater Toronto Area, from London to Pickering)

Products and Services

Product Description

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of products offered
• Discontinue products at any time
• Refuse orders at our discretion

Pricing

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Bulk pricing and custom quotes are available upon request

Ordering and Payment

Orders

• Orders must be placed by phone (437-320-4488), email ([email protected]), or through our contact form
• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Minimum order quantities may apply

Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Invoice, Net Terms (for approved accounts)
• Payment is due as agreed upon order confirmation
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment

Delivery

Delivery Area

We deliver to restaurants and businesses within the Greater Toronto Area, from London to Pickering.

Delivery Schedule

• Products are delivered daily on agreed schedules
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery commitments

Product Freshness

Delivery Acceptance

• Customer is responsible for inspecting products upon delivery
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of products unless defects are reported

Product Quality and Safety

Quality Standards

• We maintain high standards of food safety and quality
• All products are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
• We follow traditional recipes and use quality ingredients

Storage and Handling

Customer is responsible for:

• Proper storage of products upon receipt
• Maintaining appropriate temperature controls
• Following food safety guidelines
• Using products within recommended timeframes

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur fees
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order

Returns and Refunds

• Damaged or defective products may be returned for replacement or credit
• Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
• Products must be returned in original condition
• Refunds are issued at our discretion
• We do not accept returns for customer error or change of mind

Food Safety and Compliance

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable food safety regulations
• Properly store and handle our products
• Use products within recommended timeframes
• Maintain proper food handling certifications
• Not resell products beyond their recommended use dates

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Following all food safety regulations in product preparation
• Providing accurate product information
• Delivering products in proper condition
• Maintaining appropriate food handling certifications

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be:

• Of merchantable quality when delivered
• Prepared in accordance with food safety standards

Business Account Terms

Credit Accounts

• Net payment terms are subject to credit approval
• We reserve the right to modify or revoke credit terms
• Late payments may result in suspension of service
• Collection costs for unpaid accounts will be charged to customer

Standing Orders

• Recurring orders may be established by agreement
• Changes to standing orders require 48 hours notice
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing on standing orders with notice

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute:

1. We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
2. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation
3. Legal action must be brought in the courts of Ontario

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Termination
